Taylor Swift Day-Drinks With Barefoot Contessa Host Ina Garten and Tries Her First-Ever Whiskey Sour

Taylor Swift and Ina Garten recently became fast friends, and it's all thanks to Food Network Magazine!

The "Sweeter Than Fiction" singer, 24, and the Barefoot Contessa host, 66, teamed up for the magazine's first-ever July/August Music Issue, on stands June 24. Taylor, who owns all of Ina's cookbooks, traveled from her Tribeca apartment in New York City to the Hamptons to meet the celebrity chef. Taylor invited her mother, Andrea Finlay, and brother, Austin Swift, to join her.

When the trio arrived, Ina was in the midst of slicing warm date bread and getting coffee ready for her guests. "Just another day at Barefoot Contessa," joked the TV personality, whose show debuted in 2002.

Taylor and Ina baked a mustard-roasted fish in the oven and spread whipped cream on a Pavlova, all while bonding over their mutual frustration for people who don't like to eat. "I'll cook for these boys, and they'll be like, 'I'm on a diet,'" the country crossover artist said. "I'm like, 'I can't hang out with you.'"

Ina then shared a similar story in which a guest claimed she was on a cleanse before downing an entire whiskey sour--and then had the gall to ask for another! "Oh, I've never had a whiskey sour," Taylor said.

As luck would have it, Ina had the ingredients on hand. "I have some in my refrigerator!" she told Taylor.

"Hey, Andrea," the singer called. "Come over here. We're day-drinking!"

Andrea and Austin joined the duo and tasted Ina's favorite cocktail. The foursome then started spooning the Pavlova. "I don't always eat it this way," Ina said, laughing about their group decision to forgo plates.

During their impromptu sit-down lunch, Taylor invited her "hero" Ina to visit her home and see her perform one day. After they left, Ina looked around her kitchen and marveled, "Did that really happen?"

Other chefs and musicians paired in Food Network Magazine include Iron Chef America's Geoffrey Zakarian with rapper Ja Rule, Sandwich King's Jeff Mauro with Smashing Pumpkins frontman Billy Corgan and Food Feuds' Michael Symon with rock legend Sammy Hagar. Additionally, Food Network in Concert at Ravinia will take place on Sept. 20 in Highland Park, Ill. John Mayer will headline the event and be joined by Twin Forks and Raul Midón, plus Food Network stars Sunny Anderson, Anne Burrell, Jose Garces, Alex Guarnaschelli, Mauro, Marc Murphy, Zakarian and 50 chefs from around the country.

Eve gets married

Congrats to Eve and Maximillion Cooper!
Wearing a gorgeous wedding gown by
British designer Alice Temperley and a
cathedral-length veil, the 35-year-old
hip-hop star and xXx actress wed the
British Gumball 3000 motor rally CEO
and co-founder and fellow fashion
designer on Saturday, June 13 in Ibiza,
Spain.
"I'm so happy to make Eve my wife,"
Cooper told E! News exclusively. "The
whole experience has been amazing and
we are both so happy to have tied the
knot."
"We met on the 2010 Gumball 3000
rally so it only seemed right to have the
wedding at the finish of this years rally in
Ibiza, which was the final stop on this
years event," he said. "We couldn't be
happier to celebrate such a special day
with all our family and friends."
This marks the first marriage for Eve,
who was born Eve Jeffers in
Philadelphia. The two have been
together for about four three years and
got engaged on Christmas Day last year.
He shares four children with an ex-wife.
Eve told E! News on Wednesday that
they are "the coolest, sweetest kids"
and that she would like to have two of
her own with Cooper.
The two spent the past week ''racing''
towards the aisle! Eve and Cooper took
part in his annual Gumball 3000 rally.
The rapper had said they planned to wed
after the international event, which
ended on Saturday.
The two told the British fashion website
iD-VICE that they had first met at the
2010 event. Cooper said the two have
"been together every day since." The
Gumball 3000 website dubs Eve the
"First Lady of Gumball."
The 3,000-mile rally takes place on
public roads and spans across 13
countries. This year's event began in
Miami and went through Daytona,
Atlanta, Charlotte and New York, where
the drivers' vehicles were flown to
Scotland. Participants traveled there
separately and picked them up to drive
through England, including London's
Regent Street, a busy shopping
destination, and board ferries that would
take them to Paris and beautiful, sunny
Ibiza, a popular party spot in Europe.
Cooper shared from their trip on his
Instagram page many photos and videos,
including one of Eve racing in Scotland
and shots of David Hasselhoff, star of
Baywatch and talking-car show Knight
Rider. The rapper also got to relax by the
pool and party it up in Ibiza.

A clip montage from "White Bird in a
Blizzard," a coming-of-age indie film set

Depeche Mode's 1987 song "Behind The
Wheel."
In the film, Woodley, who is 22 and
recently appeared in Divergent and The
Fault in Our Stars, sports crimped hair, a

plays 17-year-old Kat Connors, who is
abandoned by her mother, portrayed by
French star Eva Green. According to
Variety, the teenager loses her virginity
to hot next-door neighbor Phil, played

Horror Story plays one of her best
friends. Her show co-star Angela Bassett
plays Kat's therapist. White Bird in a
Blizzard also stars Christopher Meloni,
former of Law & Order: SVU, and Thomas
Jane, formerly of the racy HBO series
Hung.
The movie premiered at the Sundance
Film Festival in January and is set to be
released on iTunes and VOD on Sept. 25
before hitting theaters on Oct. 24.

Cyrus appears topless while sporting white and black-trimmed crotchless hipster panties. The bangs of her platinum blonde pixie cut are styled straight up.

The photo, taken with what appears to be an iPhone with a ridiculously adorable, colorful cover, is partially censored in its original form--her exposed nipple is covered by a graphic of a red cartoon octopus. Cyrus is also, naturally, sticking out her tongue.

bikini selfies she shared on Instagram on

West, who turned 37 this past weekend,
are vacationing in Casa Aramara, a
private, five-star, beachfront estate in
Punta Mita, Mexico, that was built by the
Kardashian family's friend and Girls Gone
Wild founder Joe Francis.
Kardashian was seen in a previous photo
standing in her cute cream-colored
halter bikini while sipping a beverage.
Kardashian also shared photos of her
amazing view of the beautiful estate's
private beach, the striking blue Pacific
Ocean and a private pool, with a pair of
orange cocktails and stylish sunglasses
for the new bride and groom, who
married in Italy in late May and
honeymooned in Ireland.
"After their time in Ireland, they really
wanted some tropical sun," an insider

Justin bieber is accused of robbery

Justin Bieber will
not face a felony charge of robbery
despite a woman's claim the singer tried
to steal her cell phone last month.
The Los Angeles County district attorney
decided the incident at a miniature golf
course on May 12 "does not warrant
felony prosecution," according to a
document obtained by CNN Thursday.
The case will now go to the Los Angeles
city attorney to decide if a misdemeanor
charge will be filed against Bieber, the
"evaluation worksheet" released by the
prosecutor's office said.
A woman filed the robbery complaint
against Bieber on May 13, a
day after the alleged incident
happened and hours after
she reported it to the
celebrity website TMZ, the
document said.
Justin Bieber again caught in
racial controversy
The accuser told Los Angeles
Police Department robbery/
homicide detectives that the
incident began after she used
her iPhone to take a photo of
Bieber at the batting cages in
the Sherman Oaks Castle
Park. She put her phone
away in her purse when the
singer's bodyguard asked her
to not take pictures, she
said.
Bieber "then approached and
accused her of videotaping
him," she told police. "He
demanded to see her phone, then
reached into her purse and pulled the
phone out," the document said. Bieber
and the woman "tussled over it for a
moment," she said.
"I'm not recording, I'll show you," she
said she told police. After she showed
Bieber her phone, he told her: "Why
don't you leave, you're embarrassing your
daughter."
Her 13-year-old daughter began to cry,
the woman said. The daughter later told
investigators she was already crying from
the excitement of being near Justin
Bieber.
None of the nine park employees
interviewed by police witnessed "any kind
of physical altercation or tug-of-war," the
report said. No security cameras were in
a position to capture video of the scene.
Justin Bieber: 'Don't believe rumors'
Bieber posted a series of tweets days
after the incident, lamenting all the
"rumors" he's facing.
"It is hard to defend myself and my
privacy every moment of the day ... The
truth will set u free," he tweeted.
A source who's close to Bieber and is
familiar with the situation played down
the incident.
"Justin was just enjoying hanging out with
friends at the batting cage and playing
mini-golf," the source told CNN. "This just
wasn't a big deal."
"The woman didn't stand out," the source
said. "There were plenty of people taking
pictures, some more aggressive than
others ... which is totally normal. ... This
is another example of someone making
an issue where there isn't one."
Bieber egging 'a silly prank,' not a felony,
lawyers argue
Los Angeles County District Attorney
Jackie Lacey is still considering if and how
to prosecute Bieber for an alleged egging
of his neighbor's home in January.
Investigators asked for a felony vandalism
charge against him when they presented

Robert Pattinson Hits Red Carpet at The Rover Premiere in L.A.--See the Pics

Robert Pattinson was looking handsome
as ever tonight in Los Angeles.
The Brit actor was on hand for the
premiere of his new drama, The Rover,
at the Regency Bruin Theatre.
Pattinson was last to arrive on the
carpet, but instantly lit up the event with
his hunkiness. He was dressed in an
indigo blue Alexander McQueen suit,
with a white shirt and a skinny navy blue
tie. His famous hair was a little tousled
in the front, and R.Pattz also sported
some scruff.
As soon as he got to the premiere, the
celeb went across the street to sign
autographs and take pictures with fans,
even taking some fans' cameras so they
could take best possible selfies! After
walking the carpet and talking to press,
Pattinson went back across the street to
meet more of his (screaming!) admirers.
In the film, a deadly ex-soldier (Guy
Pearce) is one of the few survivors in a
post-Apocalyptic world. While looking
for his stolen car, he enlists the help of
an injured young man (Pattinson) who
knows where the vehicle is. Director
David Michôd shot the movie over seven
weeks in the scorching heat of the South
Australian desert.
Pattinson actually had to audition for the
role.
"I've learned not to dismiss actors based
on preconceptions, and he was a classic
example, " Michôd told The Los Angeles
Times shortly before movie's premiere
at the Cannes Film Festival.
"I understand how young actors can
paint themselves into luxurious corners,
and I knew if I could get the movie
made and Robert played that character,
the world would see a skill set he has
that I don't think he's previously ever
demonstrated."
The Rover will open in limited release
tomorrow in New York and Los Angeles
and nationwide on Friday, June 20.

Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting Hates the Sound of Her Own Voice: "It's Nasally

Even some of the biggest celebrities
have their insecurities, and in Kaley
Cuoco-Sweeting's case, it's her voice.
The Big Bang Theory star revealed that
interesting tidbit during a roundtable
chat with New Girl's Zooey Deschanel,
Nurse Jackie's Edie Falco, The Mindy
Project's Mindy Kaling, Shameless' Emmy
Rossum and Orange Is the New Black's
Taylor Schilling for The Hollywood
Reporter.
When asked if the ladies ever critiqued
themselves while watching their
respective shows, Kaley admitted, "I
hate the sound of my voice. I can hear it
from a mile away--it's nasally. Why do I
talk like that? It freaks me out!"
Zooey added, "No one likes their own
voice."
"OK, because I feel like I have the most
annoying one," Cuoco-Sweeting
responded. "It's hard for me to watch
Big Bang. I TiVo it at home to support
the show, but there are 37 episodes on
there [I haven't seen]."
But Kaley is extra appreciative of all of
the support from fans of the show. In
fact, she confessed that she can't help
but get emotional about it.
"It's also amazing when people come up
to you, and you've actually touched
them in some sort of way because of
your show. It makes me want to cry
every time, I mean, literally you are so
overwhelmed," she said.
"We film in front of a live audience, and
about five years ago, [co-star] Johnny
[Galecki] and I started going into the
audience and talking to everybody
halfway through each show. It has
helped me tremendously. We shake
hands and thank everybody. I want to

Jessica Simpson Dines With Pals at New York City's Kingside Restaurant--All the Details!

Jessica Simpson seemed to have an
eventful, and appetizing, time in New
York City.
The bride-to-be recently spent some
time in the Big Apple with a few of her
nearest and dearest, and E! News has
learned that during her time on the East
Coast, Simpson went out for a night of
some fine dining with her mom and a
couple of gal-pals at the Viceroy's
Kingside restaurant.
A source tells us that the blond beauty
was super sweet, adding, however, that
she didn't eat a lot. According to the
insider, Simpson didn't order anything
herself, but picked at appetizers that had
been ordered for the table.
The dishes included Hay-Aged Pecorino
Toast, Crispy Baby Artichokes, Baby
Vegetable Crudite and Shaved Kale
Salads with some vodka cocktails to wash
everything down.
"She got a lot of attention. Everyone
was asking if it was really her. She was
very gracious and left a really nice tip,"

The actor, who was involved in a New Jersey highway collision that claimed the life of veteran comedian James McNair and left four injured, remains hospitalized in critical condition, but E! News has learned that the star's medical team is hopeful of his recovery. "Today was a better day," Morgan's rep said in a statement to E! News. "While Tracy remains in critical, but stable, condition, he continues to show signs of improvement. His medical team remains optimistic that his recovery is progressing. Megan remains by his side and is relaying the countless good wishes and prayers that his family, friends and fans have been sending their way." The 45-year-old funnyman was riding in a Mercedes Sprinter limo bus on a highway near Cranbury Township when a semi-truck slammed into the vehicle at about 1 a.m. on Saturday, June 7, causing it to overturn. Another semi-truck, an SUV and two cars were also involved in the accident, which killed a 62-year-old man, authories say. The victim, James McNair, is also a comedian who used the stage name Jimmy Mack. Kevin Roper, the driver behind the wheel of the truck that plowed into a limo bus carrying the 30 Rock star early Saturday morning, pleaded not guilty on Wednesday to one count of vehicular homicide and four counts of assault by auto. If convicted, each count of assault by auto carries a maximum 18-month prison term, while the vehicular homicide charge carries a five- to 10- year prison sentence.

over the next few months, hitting up 31
cities all over the country.
Promoted by Live Nation, the tour kicks
off on Aug. 8 at the Darien Lake
Performing Arts Center in Darien Center,
N.Y., and will make stops in multiple
locations across the United States, with
shows planned in Chicago, Atlanta, San
Francisco, Houston, Dallas and Los
Angeles.

This will be the second tour this year for

Pregnant kelly rowland is happy

Kelly Rowland is "happy"--and for good
reason.
The 33-year-old beauty seemingly
announced her pregnancy yesterday by
posting an adorable Instagram pic of a
big pair of sneakers next to a baby-size
pair with the caption, "I'll be stuntin like
my daddy..." Multiple sources have also
confirmed to E! News that the newlywed
is expecting her first child.
Just moments before her big reveal, E!
News caught up with the expectant star
to chat about her new music and a
potential Destiny's Child reunion, as well
as her recent "I do's" to hubby Tim
Witherspoon.
"I'm very happy," Rowland gushed after
E! News congratulated her on her recent
top secret nuptials, although she stayed
mum on any further details. "I'm very
very happy. I'm a very very happy
woman."
Rowland's personal life certainly isn't the
only source of her apparent bliss. Her
most recent tune, "The Game," hit
airwaves on Tuesday and the track is
featured on Pepsi's Beats of the
Beautiful Game album in honor of the
2014 World Cup. The song also has an
accompanying short film, directed by
Spike Lee, and Kelly says she was
inspired to join forces with Pepsi
because she loves "the idea of mixing
music and...visuals and art together and
just making it a whole experience for the
viewer."
So does she have any plans to create an
entire visual album à la her bestie
Beyoncé?
"I would love to put together a visual
album," she revealed. "It's really about
making sure that the music is right, and
I'm in the process of doing that. Just
getting in the studio, experimenting with
new music, new writers, new producers,
and just making sure I nail that, because
if the music isn't right, you don't take
anybody anywhere with the visual...You
want both to really rise to the occasion,
therefore you're really giving them
moments that they remember, that you
created."
Clearly, the mama-to-be is hard at work
on her next big project and when asked
who she would like to work with, one
specific artist immediately came to mind.
"I would really love to work with Kanye
[West]," she said before complimenting
Kim Kardashian's hubby. "He's one of
those people that's very visual as well.
He also believes in the music and
believes in visuals and knows that
they're just as important as the music
and I respect that about him. I would
love to work with Kanye."
No doubt, that's a collaboration we'd
love to see, but we're also itching for
another Destiny's Child reunion. And
while the trio most recently teamed up
for Michelle Williams' track "Say Yes,"
Kelly played coy when asked if the chart-
topping girl group has any plans to
reunite in the near future.
"We have spontaneous collaborations,"
she confessed.
As for where the songstress draws
inspiration for her music?
"Life gives you inspiration," she said.
"Life gives you something every single
day."
Safe to say her baby-on-the-way is a
part of that inspirational picture.

TLC Didn't Diss Rihanna, Blame Interview Edit: "We Never Mentioned Any Artist's Name

As it turns out, the ladies of TLC didn't
actually diss Rihanna for showing too
much skin!
Last week during a guest appearance on
Sunrise Australia, Chilli and T-Boz spoke
proudly about becoming the "biggest
selling girl group of all-time with our
clothes on." T-Boz also seemingly threw
some shade (at Rihanna, or so we
thought at the time), saying, "Every time
I see you, you don't have to be naked!"
But T-Boz and Chilli didn't mean to
make RiRi feel unpretty with their
words! During an interview with Yahoo
Music, T-Boz claimed the comment was
taken "out of context...manipulated and
spliced up" to make it seem like she and
Chilli were dissing the often scantily clad
singer.
"I was talking about television shows,"
she explained. "Then you hear me
saying something like, 'Every time we
see you, you don't have to be naked,'
and then [Sunrise] put [Rihanna's]
picture up! How can I even talk about
something I didn't see or care about?"
Chilli made the point that neither she
nor T-Boz "mentioned any artist's name"
during the interview. The ladies were
asked if they had seen the completely
see-through outfit Rihanna wore at the
2014 CFDA Awards, but T-Boz explained,
"I said no, 'cause we're over here
touring. I didn't know there was an
awards show, and I had no idea what
she wore."
The TLC gals were trying to send a
message that, "It's cool if you don't
wanna wear clothes. Do what you want,
we don't care." But they also wanted
the next generation of girls to know they
should not "have to feel forced" to get
naked to be successful coming up in the
business.
As for Rihanna, who was understandably
none too pleased when she thought the
girl group members were trashing her
for no good reason? Chilli did wish she'd
handled the fabricated feud differently.
"What is not cool is if we have a problem
with an artist, or an artist has a problem
with us, come to us directly, talk to us,"
she said. "Don't start a Twitter war and
all this kind of stuff. That's silly."
One of the Twitter tactic RiRi used was
posting a throwback shot of the TLC
ladies topless, but as T-Boz pointed out,
this was "the one picture in 22 years of
our whole career, and it was for breast
cancer awareness. If we do something
like that, there's a good reason behind
it.

2014 World Cup: A Quick and Dirty Guide to Watching the Biggest Soccer Tournament Ever

As you may or may not have noticed,
the 2014 World Cup officially starts
tomorrow. People have been talking
about it for weeks and weeks (and
months and months) as we head toward
the world's biggest sporting event, and if
you haven't heard anything about it,
you're either never on the Internet or
you don't exist. You are some kind of
ghost person! How are you reading this?!
Anyway, it's a big deal and you probably
want to know what's going on.
Thankfully, we here at E! Loves are
committed to making sure you get the
latest on animal videos and the biggest
pop culture events (but mostly animal
videos), so we want to give you a quick
and dirty guide to watching and
understanding the World Cup in the form
of burning questions and our answers:
Why is it such a big deal?
Soccer isn't as popular here as, say,
American football, but basically
everywhere else in the world, it's pretty
much the only sport that matters. In
other countries, it's a religion and a way
of life. So imagine the popularity of the
NFL and make a giant tournament
consisting of the best players and the
best teams from all over the
world...that's the World Cup. Times a
million. It's not only the biggest sporting
event of the year, but it's the biggest
sporting event of the past four years
(since the last World Cup). Yes, this only
happens once every four years.
How many teams are playing?
32. It takes 209 teams, two years and
two qualifying rounds to narrow the
tournament down to the best of the
best. It's an incredibly hard tournament
to win, which is why billions of people
are so obsessed with watching it happen.
Did the United States qualify?
Yes, they did.
So we might win the World Cup!
(Pats you gently on the head) Well, sure,
in theory. We are in the World Cup, so
we could technically win it. But no, we
are almost definitely not going to win
the World Cup.
Why not?
Because we are in an incredibly hard
group in the first round (Ghana, Portugal
and Germany and the U.S.), so we'll be
very lucky if we get out of it. And if we
manage to get out of our group, we have
to play teams that are just straight-up
better than us. The truth hurts. No one
is expecting the U.S. team to get very
far, which would make it very cool if we
did. They are underdogs, and who
doesn't want to cheer for the underdog?
So what teams are most likely to win?
Spain, Germany, Portugal and Brazil are
all favorites. Yeah, two of those teams
are in the same group as the United
States. That is why our group is called
"the group of death."
So how does the tournament work?
There are eight groups, with four teams
in each group. They all play each other,
and they get points based on wins and
ties. The top two teams from each
group advance into the next round
where they play the top teams from the
other groups, and it's single-elimination
from that point on. One and done, as it
were. And the teams knock each other
out until we get two countries left, and
they play for the title of the best team in
the world.
Soccer is so boring, though! They don't
even score that many goals! Help me
understand why people love it.
You just need to learn to appreciate all
the work and skill that goes into scoring
those few goals. Teams have to be very
precise, very smart and very tactical to
score a goal, which is why they celebrate
like mad men when they finally get one
in. Threading a ball through a defense to
your teammate who is making a perfect,
well-timed run is not easy, so try and
find the beauty in the movement. It's
not about the scoring, it's about
everything that happens before the goal.
Kind of like How I Met Your Mother. It's
not about the ending; it's about what
happens to get to the ending. Think of it
like that, without the crushing
disappointment that was the HIMYM
finale. Yep, still cracking HIMYM finale
jokes. Hashtag topical. Hashtag relevant.
Why do the players always fall down and
fake injuries like total babies? I hate that.
For a couple of reasons. Some players
do it to get a foul called on the other
team, thus resulting in a free kick or
even a penalty kick. That's crappy, and
some teams do it way more than others.
Other times players really do get
tripped, but they stay on the ground for
a couple extra seconds to catch their
breaths and/or just look dramatic. You
see, soccer is a very hard and very
physically demanding sport. Players are
running around non-stop for 90 minutes
without any breaks except for halftime
in between. There are no time-outs, so
the only rest they get is when the play is
stopped by the ref for fouls, free kicks,
etc. So, while "diving" is a lame part of
the sport, it happens. Just accept it and
enjoy everything else that's beautiful
about soccer.
Quick! Give me three reasons I should
be watching the World Cup.
1. It's the one sporting event besides
the Olympics that unites the entire
planet, and teams are playing for pride
and for their country.
2. Soccer fans are the best! They are
loud, proud and so fun to watch games
with. Find them at a bar and see what all
the screaming is about.
3. Hot men running around in shorts.
4. Because we said so, damn it!
Yeah, we gave you a threatening fourth
reason. Deal with it. All we're asking is
to give the World Cup a chance, and
even if you don't understand the sport,
it's still really fun to cheer for your
country as they battle the world for
soccer glory!

closet. We're guessing it was

Looks like Rita Ora forgot to stand in
front of a full-length mirror before
stepping out in this Jaime Lee creation.
If she had, she would have noticed what
our eye caught immediately: her family
jewels.
Yes, they appear to be protected by a
cream bodysuit, and a thin layer of
feathers covers what could be a major
wardrobe malfunction, but at the end of
the day, we make out the entire outline
of the "How We Do" singer's hoo-ha!
But crotch shot aside, this style is a little
too Downton Abbey on a Pride Parade
float for our tastes. The high neck and
dropped waist aren't flattering on this

Kris Jenner Explains Why Beyoncé and Jay Z Didn't Attend Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's Wedding

Kris Jenner is spilling the beans on why
Beyoncé and Jay Z were no-shows at
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's
wedding last month.
During an interview with Australia radio
station KIIS 106.5 FM on Tuesday, the E!
reality star shared that Kimye's wedding
weekend was unaffected by the power
couple's absence.
"There was so much commotion and
excitement, I never really gave that a
second thought," Kim's mother
explained.
"If you had been there, you would have
thought that was the last thing on
anyone's mind."
She added, "[I] just assumed they were
working."
And despite being in the Hamptons with
her hubby and daughter Blue Ivy, Bey
took to Instagram to send the
newlyweds well wishes.
"Wishing you a lifetime of unconditional
love," she wrote alongside a photo from
Kimye's Vogue spread. "God bless your
beautiful family."
Bey and Jay may very well have been
working over Memorial Day Weekend--
when Kim and Kanye tied the knot in
Florence--but our sources told us at the
time that there was another reason they
didn't show up.
"Given Kim and Kanye's list of celeb
friends, surprisingly, they didn't invite
that many," an insider explained. "They
wanted it to be a small and intimate
wedding. Jay Z and Beyoncé were
invited but didn't come, seemingly to
avoid drama from Rachel Roy who was
going. In the end, the wedding was full
of love and super intimate."
You may recall that Solange and Roy
reportedly had a run-in at one of the
after-parties at the 2014 Met Gala,
which lead to the infamous elevator
scuffle between Bey's sister and
husband.
"It was very un-Hollywood," the source
dished. "It might appear like it was
something over the top, but it was very
much focused on the important things
that matter most."

Angelina Jolie Kicks Off Global Summit to End Sexual Violence in Conflict

Angelina Jolie is speaking out for those
who are afraid to do so themselves.
The Maleficent star, who is a UN special
envoy, kicked off the Global Summit to
End Sexual Violence in Conflict in London
Tuesday. The 39-year-old Oscar winning-
actress and mother of six is co-hosting
the four-day conference with her
frequent collaborator, William Hague,
England's Foreign Secretary.
"It is a myth that rape is an inevitable
part of conflict," Jolie said. "There is
nothing inevitable about it. It is a
weapon of war aimed at civilians. It is
nothing to do with sex, everything to do
with power. It is done to torture and
humiliate innocent people and often
very young children. I have met
survivors from Afghanistan to Somalia
and they are just like us, with one crucial
difference: we live in safe countries with
doctors we can go to when we are hurt,
police we can turn to when we are
wronged, and institutions that protect
us. They live in refugee camps or
bombed-out streets in areas where
there is no law, no protection and not
even the hope of justice. They struggle
to keep their children safe, and if they
admit to being raped, they are likely to
face more violence and social rejection."
"Other survivors live in countries where
the war is over but the peace has
brought no justice. And as an
international community, we are
responsible for that. We need to shatter
that culture of impunity. And make
justice the norm--not the exception--for
these crimes," the humanitarian
continued. "We need political will
replicated across the world and we need
to treat this subject as a priority. We
need to see real commitment to go after
the worst perpetrators, to fund proper
protection for vulnerable people and to
step in and help the worst affected
countries. We need all armies,
peacekeeping troops and police forces to
have the prevention of sexual violence in
conflict as part of their training."
"More than 100 countries will be
represented at this summit, and we are
asking them to take these measures, but
we really do need your help," the
Unbroken director said. "This whole
subject has been taboo for far too long,
war zone rape is a crime that thrives on
silence and denial. The stigma harms
survivors and causes feelings of shame
and worthlessness, it feeds ignorance,
such as the notion that rape has anything
to do with normal sexual impulses, but
most of all, it allows the rapist to get
away with it. They feel above the law
because the law rarely touches them and
society tolerates them."
"As Eleanor Roosevelt once said, 'The
destiny of human rights is in the hands of
all of our citizens and all our
communities.' And this evil will continue
to ruin the lives of millions of people
unless we make this summit a turning
point--and we can. We can send a
message across the world that there is
no disgrace in being a survivor of sexual
violence, that the shame is on the
aggressor. We must work together in
new and unprecedented ways across
borders and religions bringing
governments and people together and
tackling the problem from every possible
angle and by doing this we can end the
use of rape and sexual violence as a
weapon of war once and for all. We
really can do it. So, thank you so much
for joining us today, for joining us in his
fight, and I wish us all a very productive
summit."
The Global Summit to End Sexual
Violence in Conflict took two years to
organize.
Jolie, who wore a white Michael Kors
blazer and skirt from the Spring 2014
collection, told reporters that she and
Hague had discussed a woman they met
in Bosnia, who was still too ashamed to
tell her son she'd been raped. "This day
is for her," Jolie said. "We believe it truly
is a summit like no other."

Sean Astin on The Goonies Sequel: Corey Feldman and I Are in!

Goonies never say die!
After the iconic 1985 film's director
Richard Donner revealed that a sequel is
in the works, fans of The Goonies
everywhere were doing the Truffle
Shuffle out of sheer joy. But would
original stars Sean Astin, Josh Brolin,
Martha Plimpton and Corey Feldman, to
name but a few, return? Donner said
"Hopefully, all of them" would reprise
their roles.
And now we can say that two of the
original stars are definitely down to ride
up Troy's bucket once more.
E! News caught up with The Goonies
ringleader Sean Astin (Mikey!) at the
2014 ATX TV Festival, where he was
promoting his new FX series The Strain,
to get all the inside scoop on what could
possibly be the most anticipated sequel
in the history of sequels.
"My first thought when Dick said he was
doing that was like, 'Alright, maybe this
time it's true!' I hope it's true," Astin
told us. "I certainly like the idea of doing
it. I don't know if I'd be in it or not. If
they really wanted us to be in it, I'm
sure there would be some way to work it
out."
And one of Astin's fellow Goonies is also
down to once again follow in Chester
Copperpot's (RIP!) footsteps: Corey
Feldman!
"We talk a lot. Corey and I are buddies,"
Astin said. "Oh, he's fired up. He's ready
to go." So are we, Feldman. So are we.
Desperate for any details on the return
to Astoria after almost 30 years, we had
to know if the film would focus on the
children of the original gang. "I think
that's what they want to do. I think they
want to focus primarily on the kids,"
Astin said. "I think the audience may be
split on that, so they're trying to figure it
out."
But one thing is for sure: "It'll happen,
whether in my lifetime or not," Astin
said.

Megan Fox Reveals She Had a Crush on a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Character

As a kid, Megan Fox didn't fantasize
about dating boy band members or
movie stars. Instead, the future actress
dreamed about romancing a talking
turtle--of the mutant ninja variety, of
course.
"Everyone thinks this is really weird, but
little girls have crushes on animated
characters, and my first crush was
Michaelangelo," Fox says of the Teenage
Mutant Ninja Turtles character, with
whom she co-stars in an upcoming
movie. "They were my favorite movies
as a kid. That was my thing. Way, way
more so than Star Wars or in later years,
still more than Lord of the Rings. It was
always Ninja Turtles."
Fox was "so excited" to work with her
childhood crush on the live-action
comedy, in theaters Aug. 8.
To play TV reporter April O'Neil, Fox got
a mane makeover. "We went through
many shades of red, and then we toned
it down to a deep auburn," the 28-year-
old brunette tells MTV of dyeing her hair
in to bring the iconic character to life.
"But when they color time the movie it
will be more red, FYI."
Meanwhile, Fox's co-star Will Arnett says
he's relieved that director Jonathan
Liebesman and producer Michael Bay
have honored the original franchise.
"There is time in the sewers. There is
time in the lair. There's all of it," the
former Up All Night star says of the
locations. "I think we've done a really
good job in staying true to the
mythology and then telling a new story,

Kim kardashian's wedding details & photo's

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West tied the
knot at the Forte di Belvedere in
Florence, Italy last month — and we've
got pictures of their big day. Kim wore a
Givenchy Haute Couture gown and was
walked down the aisle by her stepfather,
Bruce Jenner, while the rest of her family
— including sisters Khloé and Kourtney
Kardashian and Kylie and Kendall Jenner
— stayed close by as she and Kanye
exchanged vows. The ceremony was
performed by hot Miami pastor Rich
Wilkerson Jr. , while longtime Kardashian
family friend and celebrity event planner
Sharon Sacks planned the couple's
nuptials. Kim, Kanye, and their guests
were spotted arriving in Florence on
Saturday morning after spending the
previous day in Paris with a gigantic
prewedding celebration . The couple
arrived in the Italian city separately, while
family and friends — including guests like
LaLa Anthony, Brittny Gastineau, Jaden
Smith, and Jonathan Cheban — arrived on
their own flights.
Not in attendance at the couple's
wedding, however, were Jay Z and
Beyoncé. While it was reported that Jay Z
would serve as Kanye's best man, it
seems as though the superstar couple
skipped the wedding in favor of a
Memorial Day weekend trip to the
Hamptons in New York. Also missing from
the action? Kim's younger brother, Rob
Kardashian, who was spotted touching
down at LAX on Saturday after reportedly
getting into a heated argument with the
bride.
The Kardashian-Jenner clan was in Europe
throughout the week to celebrate the
festivities and didn't shy away from
sharing loads of photos of the fun on
social media. On Thursday evening before
the wedding, Kim celebrated her
bachelorette party with girlfriends at the
Louvre and Eiffel Tower. Family and
friends officially kicked off the wedding
weekend in style on Friday with a special
reception at the Chateau de Wideville
(aka designer Valentino Garavani 's Paris
home), followed by a private guided tour
of the famed grounds of Versailles. At the
Palace of Versailles, Kim and Kanye threw
a lavish prewedding dinner that brought
out close friends Serena Williams, NeNe
Leakes, and André Leon Talley, fashion
designers Alexander Wang and Olivier
Rousteing, and director Steve McQueen.
The soiree also featured a performance by
Lana Del Rey, who Kanye hired to
serenade the crowd with three songs,
including her hit "Summertime Sadness"
and Kanye's favorite song, "Young and

P-square are the biggest losers at mtv mama award 2014

African Pop giants Psquare turned out as
the biggest losers at the 2014 MTV Africa
Music Awards , losing three times.
Peter and Paul Okoye lost out in the
categories – ‘Best Group’, ‘Song of the
Year‘ (both won by Mafikizolo) and
‘Artiste of the Year’ (won by Davido).
The Pop duo were also not present at the
awards show which held at the
International Convention Centre ,
Durban on June 7, 2014.
Despite releasing chart topping singles
like ‘Alingo‘ and ‘Personally‘, Psquare did
not drop any album in 2013. They
have however announced a new
project for 2014, starting with the release
of their new single ‘Testimony‘.

Boko Haram resists military offensive in Nigeria

The mass abduction of more than 200
schoolgirls, and Boko Haram’s
resistance to a military offensive, have
increased political pressure on
Nigeria's government. President
Goodluck Jonathan is facing public
opposition. In a bid to fight back against a military
offensive, suspected Boko Haram
gunmen in the Gwoza local
government district in Borno state,
entered villages and fired on
residents, razing homes, churches and
mosques, witnesses and a local
lawmaker said on Thursday. The
attack took place around 60 miles (100
kilometers) southeast of the local
capital Maiduguri.
Hundreds of people are suspected to
have been killed in the attack, which
took place earlier in the week. The
Associated Press news agency reported
at least 200 people had died, although
some community leaders put the death
toll at between 400 and 500. There is
not yet independent verification
because of the lack of communication
in the remote area. Roads out of the
region are extremely dangerous and
phone connections are poor to
nonexistent.
The militants arrived in Toyota Hilux
pickup trucks - a common vehicle for
the military - and told civilians they
were soldiers there to protect the local
population. Local residents had
requested military help. The same
tactic was used by Boko Haram to
kidnap more than 200 schoolgirls from
the town of Chibok on April 15.
The gunmen reportedly gathered
people in the center of the villages and
fired on them. As people attempted to
flee, militants on motorcycles waited
outside the villages and attacked them.
Mohammed Ali Ndume, a senator
representing Borno and whose
hometown is Gwoza, confirmed the
attack to the AP. Peter Biye, who
represents Gwoza in Nigeria's lower
chamber of parliament the House of
Representatives, said that the militants
still had control of the area.
"The killings are massive but nobody
can give a toll for now because nobody
has been able to go to that place
because the insurgents are still there.
They have taken over the whole area,"
he told the AFP news agency. "There
are bodies littered over the whole area
and people have fled."
Boko Haram militants have been
taking over villages in northeastern
Nigeria as the group fights back
against the year-long military
campaign to defeat them. If
confirmed, Monday's attacks would be
the deadliest since more than 300
people were killed on May 5 when
militant fighters raided the nearby
town of Gamboru Ngala.
Thousands of people have been killed
in Boko Haram's five-year insurgency,
and more than 2,000 just this year
alone. An estimated 750,000 Nigerians
have been forced to flee their homes
due to the violence.
Since the schoolgirls' abduction by
Boko Haram militants in April,
Nigeria's government has been widely
criticized for its failure to locate and
rescue them.
Earlier this week, police banned
protests because they were said to be
a threat to national security. Protests
have since resumed across the
country.
